The Swan at Hay is licensed to hold civil ceremonies, so you can have the whole wedding day under one roof. We can cater for small, intimate celebrations and for larger parties of up to 100, with further space available for evening guests.
Whilst we do have wedding packages available we can also create bespoke menus and events to suit your personal tastes.

Civil Ceremonies
We have two rooms licensed to hold your wedding ceremony: The Garden Room overlooking the beautiful hotel garden; whilst the more intimate Green Room is suitable for smaller numbers.
You are required to contact the Registrar at Llandrindod Wells (01597 827468) to confirm the arrangements.
